What is a multisig?

A multisig is a smart-contract wallet that only acts when enough of its owners sign. The most common one is Safe. A "3/5 Safe" has five owners and needs any three of them to approve each transaction.

What we read

For each Safe we read getOwners(), getThreshold() and its enabled modules. Modules can act without the owners' signatures, so any enabled module is flagged.

Strong vs. weak

We call a Safe strong if it needs at least 3 signers and at least half of all owners (m ≥ 3 and m/n ≥ 0.5). A 2/3 Safe or a 3/9 Safe is weak.
