Midas Fasanara ONE
Tokenized certificate giving indirect exposure to Fasanara Capital's F-ONE strategy (fintech receivables, SME lending, real-estate credit and delta-neutral digital assets). Holders have no beneficial interest in the underlying, and the claims are subordinated. Midas uses one shared permissions contract across its tokens. A 48-hour timelock covers upgrades only; granting a mint or burn role is instant. The published signer policy (4 or more) does not match the 1-of-3 Safe onchain.

Can you see what backs the token, and trust that data?
The data comes from the issuer itself, not an independent party.
There's no stated commitment to report defaults when they happen.

Updated weekly, fast enough for private credit.
Reports
Rated as private credit, so data must be updated at least monthly, with defaults reported as they happen. The best report counts.

Onchain data is a separate badge, not part of the rating: public data that lives offchain is still transparent to a person. Ladders adapted from Chronicle Labs, "The Transparency Gap in Onchain Finance" (Oct 2026).
Event reporting
Private credit must report defaults as they happen, not at the next periodic report.
