Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund
Tokenized feeder into Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, a 1940 Act closed-end interval fund. The token is Securitize DS Protocol on a standard upgradeable proxy, with a different owner wallet from BUIDL. One wallet can upgrade, mint and seize, with no timelock. The Apollo fund offers to buy back at least 5% of shares each quarter. Also deployed on Ink, Sei, Solana and Aptos, which this version does not read.

- Issuer, custodian, administrator and auditor are named
- The legal structure is documented
- Smart contracts are verified onchain
Stage 1 · Protected
- Bankruptcy-remote structure · legal, not assessed yet
- Independent custodian and administrator

- Admin powers held by a multisig, with a documented policy
- A documented redemption path
Stage 2 · Trust-minimized
- An independent trustee who can act for holders · legal, not assessed yet
- Holdings data that anyone can verify
- Admin changes behind a timelock, so holders can exit first
